Work Description: Reinforce the trusses & joists in the attic

Comments: We had agreed on a date and time for the repairs to begin. The night before I was called to change the time by just one hour (which was not a problem), on the day of the repair work I was told they would be a 1/2 hour later, and they actually showed up about 1 1/2 hours after the scheduled time. I was not impressed. However, the job came in below the estimated price we had discussed, and took less time than anticipated. That was a big positive.
