Work Description: Home expansion/addition ~ 500 Sq. Ft. created two new kids rooms, utility room, closets, linen closet and big, big back porch.
Comments: Addition was done to the brand new home which we purchased in master developed community at Cinco Ranch. AstoriA HomeS did addition because original builder refuse to do so and with new coming babies to our family we needed to be add quick and good. Everything was done as promised on the time and in the budget. Biggest house in the neighborhood and there is absolutely invisible addition to our home. We recommend to everybody this Katy builder.

Work Description: House is build 1978 and had 1475 Sq. Ft. Now house have 2398 Sq. Ft. Redone from A-Z It's most beautiful house in the neighborhood. A++++++

Work Description: am happy to be able to give a hearty recommendation for Kosta Lucic (Astoria Homes) based on the remodeling work he did on our home. We added about 740 sq ft to our residence which consisted of two new bedrooms and a new bath and utility room. Comments: I was concerned about getting the work done right since I was not personally familiar with any of the bidders. Kosta seemed to take the most interest in what we had to say and understand what we wanted. His comments and suggestions showed he had wide experience and was applying that knowledge to our particular needs. He pointed out problem areas that we would encounter. My past experience with contractors is they will say everything is “no problem” and then when the work starts begin to point out a succession of “special situations” requiring unforeseen work and additional expense. Kosta pointed out all foreseeable problems and issues before the work started and priced them into the bid so there were no surprises.

Comments: House was for closure destroyed severely where AstoriA HomeS in short period of time 100 days add, restore, repair and did whole remediation to the house as an extra ordinary way where was "ugly duckling" turned in "beautiful swan".
