Work Description: Axion converted our covered patio into an addition. They removed existing concrete patio and replaced it with a new foundation; re-framed the walls and inserted a door and window; exterior stucco; added new electrical for outlets and lighting; and then they installed insulation, drywall, texture, ceramic tile floor, paint and trim. They poured a new patio. After the initial plan was drawn up, we decided to add a garage service door with exterior concrete porch and a light.
Comments: This project was completed one week ahead of schedule and on budget! There were no surprises during construction of the addition and we felt at ease working with the guys from Axiom, especially since we could contact them at any time and knew they would communicate with us at least once daily about the project. In addition, the subcontractors they hired to work on our addition were skilled, knowledgeable, tidy and easy to deal with. I really can't think of anything more they could have done to make the experience more positive and we are very satisfied with the results.
