    BACKGROUND

    I have been in the construction trade for over 30 years. I started building custom homes in the Reno NV area in the late 70s through the 80s. I returned to California and except for a brief few months of working in Texas I have worked here in the peninsula ever since. My jobs consisted of setting up the house on the lot, building the foundations, framing the houses through to rooftop. I worked on plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, tape and texture, run ducking, built cabinets on through finishing the roof.

    For the last 10 years, I have worked with other contractors as Job Foreman/Supervisor meeting with architects, engineers, subcontractors and homeowners. I have done large home remodeling, new custom homes to total renovations.
