Work Description: Redid Master Bath

Comments: Intially I was very happy with the job. I have since became very dissatisfied with the follow-up service. I am sorry to say I wrote my orginal review prematurely. I wrote the review soon after the job was complete. I had no idea at that time I was going to experience a problem. Once all the caulking dried and I was able to use the shower, I found that hot water was coming out when the shower was set to cold and vice versus. I called Steve and he came out to look at it. He checked and said the pipes were not reversed; he thought could be a valve. He was going to call Delta and order a new one. After several weeks, he called to say the valve was in and he was probably going to come over on Friday or Monday of that week. I told him while he was here there was some area that needed recaulking around the toilet and shower area. Steve did not show up either of those days. We finally got hold of him later in the week, he said he was working in North Jersey and would try to make on Friday or Saturday. The last time I heard from Steve was on 8/5/11 when he told me he would stop over to fix the shower valve on Saturday. Saturday came and went and he never showed up. Since then both my husband and I have left numerous voice messages. Not only do I have the problem with the water temperatures not matching the dial, also the shower is leaking where the caulking meets the glass. Not fixing these issues is a clear breach of contract. I will also report the matter to the Better Business Bureau, of which I note he is a member.

Work Description: Steve remodeled our small master bathroom off our master bedroom. He and his team removed and replaced everything in our bathroom, including all fixtures, shower, toilet, tile, etc.

Comments: Steve was very professional in providing an estimate and responding in a timely fashion to our questions on the estimate. After we agreed on the price, Steve was very easy to work with to schedule the job. Steve accompanied us to Lowe's to help select what we needed and ensure we were choosing the appropriate fixtures and materials needed for the remodel. Steve and Joe were good about providing us with daily updates on the progress of the work and they were more than willing to field all of our questions. As the job progressed, they kept us apprised of the work that was being done and of any changes to the schedule. We are pleased with the result and our bathroom looks great. Take it from us, Steve was good to deal with and he cares about his customer.

Work Description: Rehab of back room, Hallway, bathroom, Kitchen and new Electricial service.

Comments: We shopped around for 1 month for estimates. Steve gave us the best price for the complete job. The price was right where we wanted to be. My daughter loves her new room with state of the art sound and video. It's nice to come home now to a newly modern Kitchen with new granite and appliances, etc. His design and creativity and use of space was really helpful. Will definitly call back and refer him for future projects.

Comments: Everything came out great.
