FIXATION is part of an organization that has been building and maintaining homes for more than 25 years. Because of this, we have the experience, expertise and trade relationships to handle any home repair.
Once immediate needs are addressed, we can also maintain your home by completing our quarterly maintenance and inspection program. This ensures your home is in top condition and retaining its value, and provides you the time to pursue your ambitions. Finally, when you are ready to make changes to your home, we can also help. We update kitchens and baths, finish basements, and reconfigure rooms. We also make improvements that will save on energy bills, and can retrofit your home to improve accessibility. Although our office is in Longmont, we work all along the Front Range.
