Comments: February 10, 2011 JDS Surfaces 4837 Lincoln Road Suite E Las Vegas, NV 89081 Gentlemen: Please accept our extreme gratitude for the absolutely outstanding job that was done in our kitchen and two bathrooms. Your four workmen showed up a little before eight and commenced work immediately, They covered all of our hardwood flooring before they began the demolition of our tiled backsplashes and countertops as well as the removal of both sinks and counters in the bathrooms. They took extra care to make sure they did not damage any surrounding areas that might have been affected by the removal of the tile and grout. We really could not have been happier with the care they exhibited. When it came time for the installation of the new countertops, sinks, and backsplashes, they took their time to make sure that they were level and fit perfectly. Their attention to detail was overwhelming. They are true artisans. In the end, they worked about 13 hours and completed the job, from beginning to end, including hooking up all the faucets and other fixtures we had. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled all the trash away. We cannot say enough about the thoroughness of your entire staff and appreciate so much working with such a professional group of people.
