Work Description: 1) Quote on roof 2) Basement sump pump (condition of) 3) Evaluation of concrete (exterior water proofing) around house, particularly the SE & NW area of my house.
Comments: I only spoke with Mr. Mahoney about several needed/ potentially needed concerns I have. He stated I could contact him when I was ready & seemed to be very interested in providing me a quote as well as performing the work at the appointed time. He did not pressure me !!! The others have called but I've not had the time to get back with them.
