Work Description: Drywall repair in one bathroom and water damaged casing in other bathroom.

Comments: Rick was very professional and fun to talk to. He explained all the steps he was going through, and the work was done at a very low cost in less than 2 days. He crawled under the house and reported on what he found there, which was a positive report to my relief. He fixed a leak in the bathtub even though it was not part of the task agreed on ahead of time. All in all a great experience and a good find for my future projects. I would recommend him any day.

Work Description: Remodel and add second floor and family room to rear. Existing house torn down to foundation level and foundation strengthened.

Comments: The Michigan St photos are of our house. The change has been dramatic and the work done was progressive and well done. We love everything about it. We went from less than 1000 sf to more than 2200sf. Great experience.

Work Description: Second story deck of 375 sf. with circular stairs outside and patio door added on second floor. My deck is in the picture portfolio.

Comments: I wanted to do this without a permit. Rick explained that would not be wise as I would not get full money return if I ever sold. It was permitted and engineered and I feel better now,even though I spent more than I initiially wanted to. It was truly worth it.

Work Description: Rick and his men have done three additions for me over the last 13 years. We moved into a new house in Saratoga in 2009 and we added 625 sf of master suite and altered bedrooms. They finished in a timely way inspite of rain delays. Best addition for us yet.
