In 1999, I hired Regal Remodeling to add a 1000 sq. ft., 2 bedroom wing to my house. Working with Stan was a pleasure. It came in under budget and I had absolutely no aggravation!

In 2008, I hired Stan to renovate a 953 sq ft "cottage" that had originally been a 2 car garage. It was then turned into 2 bedrooms and was used for guests. Picture a really cheap motel with dingy and smelly rooms. It was a mess! Stan worked miracles. We gutted the whole house and turned it into a cute home with a kitchen, living room, office/guest room, master bedroom, master bath, a walk-in closet, a 1/2 bath and a laundry room! We also added a huge screened porch and a carport to the building.

Stan solved all problems before they became big ones. Since the house was originally a garage, the floor was sloped and needed to be level. My architect forgot to allow space for the walls! We were 6 inches short on the length!

I have been in the house for 2 years and I love it. Again, Stan worked miracles. I highly recommend Regal Remodeling. I don't think you can go wrong if you hire them.

Regal Remodeling did a very thorough job starting from the bid proposal through the invoicing. They were very detailed and their price was obviously the winning bid. There was an extensive amount of work in the addition and integrating it to the existing house. Everything was done in a neat and professional manner. everything had to be done to make the house wheelchair accessible. I have and would recommend them. We love our house.
