Comments: Dennis, I don't think I've ever said this before but I am happy to authorize you to charge the final payment for painting Jill's home. You did a great job and were clearly worth the additional premium over your competitors. As you recall Dennis, your bid was nearly twice that of the competitors but you convinced me you would do a superior job and that you would include the replacement of rotted/damaged wood, etc. You did that and more. Her home looks absolutely wonderful. Add to that this very well may be the first time I've had absolutely nothing to include on my punch list as I walked around the house! The extra effort on the windows was first class and makes them look as good as new. Bottom line Dennis, I couldn't be happier with your craftsmanship and pride in your work.
