Comments: When I initially searched for a contractor to work on the water damage in my house, I wasn't sure where to start. I wanted to find someone who was trustworthy while providing a reasonable price with quality work. I went on Networx and found XLT Construction. I called and spoke to the owner Leonel LeBaron, who offered to come to my home and provide me a quote for the repairs. He provided a reasonable quote and after agreeing to the proposed charges, he immediately went to work. Now, after all the work has bee done, it looks as if nothing ever happened to my house. I am very satisfied with the work and I would recommended Leonel LeBaron and XLT Construction to anyone needing to do any home repairs. Thank you very much XLT Construction!

Work Description: Very small tile job in a condo.

Comments: Alonzo is still doing the work, but is an excellent tile setter. If given free rein, he could do some spectacular things with tile. Leonel, the owner of the company called me back within minutes of my going on line. That was amazing. What was more amazing was he came out on a Sat to give us an estimate. In fairness, though, all three of the contractors called back, and two of them came out to give bids. The third one didn't cal back until Monday, but I'd give all high marks for trying to get the job.
